video captions in vb.net
 

Hello,

Does anybody know a way of adding captions or subtitles to a video playing in vb.net?

.xml would be my preferred choice of file to hold the captions.

I have done this in flash cs3 which has a built in functionality for it but any advice on how to do it in .net would be appreciated.
