TaxSlayer.com a division of Rhodes Financial Services is currently seeking an Online Marketing Coordinator for our nationally recognized website. We are looking for an innovative person to perform the following duties:

Job Description:
You must have a unique blend of acquisition and retention internet marketing expertise, data analysis, and creative problem-solving skills. Will be managing, developing, and analyzing a full range of internet marketing initiatives including paid search, search engine optimization, interactive advertising, and promotion. CPA and CPC advertising knowledge is a must. You will responsible for managing on-going expansion of both the CPA/CPC and keyword search campaigns. Improving the organic search results for the company's websites and analyzing web analytics is also required. Basic knowledge of HTML is required for this position. Understanding of how to create web-based graphics, specifically online newsletters and web display ads is required.

Skills and Abilities Needed:
Internet and viral marketing; Search Engine Optimization; Internet advertising experience including knowledge of CPC, and CPA campaigns; Set-up and maintain keyword search campaigns for Google, Yahoo, and MSN; Improve and maintain website page ranking on all major search engines; Experience in managing website usability and analytics; Solid knowledge of marketing practices and strategies.
