Graphics card problem
 

My problem started a couple weeks ago. I would start my computer, it would get to the part with the Windows XP is loading up, then the Monitor would shut itself off. The computer would still turn on and load up, but I could see nothing. I decided to take out my Graphics card, and after that, my Monitor would turn on. I'm not sure exactly what Graphics card I have, I just know it says Gainward on it. Heh, I'm not to good with Graphic cards [yet], so any information will be helpful.

Did you try the display card in a buddies pc to see if it behaves the same to determine if it is indeed the card.thats the best way to find the prob and solution
