PSD to Wordpress Theme, slighy advance
 

I need a wordpress theme based on a PSD file I have designed. This is for a small media/non-profit that promotes music from the Caribbean Coast of Nicaragua.

I need the following specs:

1. A right widgitized sidebar.
2. The top menu has 6 pages, home being the blog page.
3. Allow to add menu pages on top.
4. Menu coded to have drop down function.

5. Home page Blog entry should have a custom field for Film/video like: http://passdamictv.com/.

6. Home page bottom will have "features" boxes to get coded to pull in from the categories feature 1 and feature 2.

7. Feature boxes coded to bring in a custom fields for the images/videos, and it should also pull in the synopsis, instead of the first lines of the blog(feature) entry.

8. The blog entry pages should look the same except, instead of the features boxes at the bottom have a place to add comments.

I need a quick turn around 2-3 days.
