Runtime Error -21470024770 (8007007e)

Hi!
I have downloaded a software called Easy Dp (Desplay Picture) for my Msn Messenger.
When I tried to run it, it has a message with

Run-time Error '-21470024770 (8007007e)':

Automation Error
The specified module could not be found.

How can I solve this problem? thank you!

its probably designed for an older/newer/ different version

but i installed the software on another pc & run it three days ago successfully!
and why i can`t made the same thing again?!
