| red circle with x, please help hi, i'm new to this i have a red circle with a white x on my taskbar. i tried searching the internet for help but everyone else who has had this all had messages popping up. i have tried clicking, doube clicking, right clicking but nothing happens i am using trend micro PC-cillin 2007 and it found viruses and i have deleted them but the circle is still there. could someone please help cheers paul |

Please note the instructions closely, if they are to have a specific program clean or delete what is found then please be sure to do so. Instead of running the Deckard Scanner, which is not available now, please finish the steps with a full system scan with HiJackThis.
