Hi Guys...

Anyone can share which are the top universities in UK for a Masters in Software Engineering and related fields? And how are they, compared to the top Univs in US and Canada?

The good thing in UK universities they have more than one ranking i mean there is an overall ranking and ranking based on specialty, Currently doing my PhD in University of Huddersfield which has very good ranking in IT but average overall. so i don't care about overall rating as long as my major has good one.

Check out the times newspapers good university guide

I am at the University Of Dundee and really enjoying it.

My Consultant has suggested me the following universities as of now , could any of you please rate them in the field of computers and IT?

GLASGOW CALEDONIAN UNIVERSITY
HERIOT WATT UNIVERSITY
GREENWHICH UNIVERSITY
THAMES VALLEY UNIVERSITY
CITY UNIVERSITY LONDON

Heriot-Watt is the best of those ones. The rest are all rather poor.
