Visual basic 2008 msgbox help button

hi all
i have a program that has message boxes, the msgboxes have help buttons and ok buttons, the coding of the ok button is simple but how do i code the help button i have tried so much but i failed. i really want it to be a hyperlink but getting anything from it would be a start thanks heaps
