Service Settings Keep Reverting to wrong IP Address

I am trying to set up some ports that will be exceptions and everytime I click OK after changing the settings (IP address 127.0.0.1) it goes right back to my computer name. Does any of this make sense?

It only happens when I type in "127.0.0.1". If I type in anything else and click OK it stays the same and does not revert back.
