About Software / tool for JSP ??

Hi,...
I am learning JSP .
I want to know that which software or tool that should be used to develop the code...

which help me for future to work.

after few days i am on 1 industrial project so..
which software?? any server / tool that should is used??

any helpful links to learn jsp briefly....
plz help me??

Your favourite IDE IntelliJ IDEA, NetBeans, Eclipse etc
Working Tomcat server, GlassFish or any other server supporting web development with Java
A database MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL or servless/stand alone solutions Derby, SQLite
Frameworks Spring MVC, Struts 2, Tapestry, Wickets
Tools like Ant, Maven2 etc.
Bunch of libraries as database drivers, maybe JSTL library etc
