I'm working on a mobile website named MobilesGenesis.com where users can upload/download almost everything for their mobile in categories,from the beginning the income will come from ads,phone sells and multimedia stuff, users upload will be free! if you dont really understand check out mobiles24.com.
What i need is a php script wich will allow vbulletin users to upload and download their upload for download credits and some other small scripts,like a poll on the homepage,all the php work,i will do the html.
The money will be paid through paypal and remains negociable.
