E-commerce Magento Themes Project (Need a Team)

I am starting up a new website involving MagentoCommerce themes. I need a team of 2 or 3 people. It will be a partnership website. This will be negotiated via MSN or Private Message.

Project

This project will involve a large income which needs a team of at least 2-3 people that are experienced in CSS/XHTML, MagentoCommerce and Graphic Design.

I want to be able to create Magento themes as a joint team and sell the Themes at a 50/50 profit.
