Ubuntu & windows rdesktop

I have Laptop with Vista Hom Business and Ubuntu. I cannot get Vista work with Rdesktop from XP Pro Desktop at work. Is there anyway to access Laptop with Ubuntu from XP Pro?

Why does My Vista's RDP doesn't work??
