Check the TOS for your ISP and Hotmail as the details vary

I was thinking about this for a long time. But not only for hotmail, for all mail service providers.

Just imagine how much information goes through these servers.
What can guarantee that they do not abuse this power??

I would also think about what they tells at public (TOS), and what they really do with it. :)
(it can be little paranoic, sorry)

well... im pretty sure they can acess all your things however it is against the law to go into your stuff unless you are wanted. in that case police can defintly track you down and acess all your information.
