Problems opening Control Panel in Vista
 

I don't understand why this is happening but I cannot open my Control Panel. I can't even open the personalization menu so that I can control my screen saver. Here is my system info followed by HijackThis report:

Have you tried updating Internet Explorer.... in a strange way everything is done by Internet Explorer in Vista, updating it helps with alot of this kind of problems...
