i want to get the ROLE of an user by entering the username and password in login form....
for example::
username password role
ramesh xxxxxxx manager

loginform::
enter username:
enter password:
plllllzzzzz any one post the required query of the above problem

if everything is stored in databaase tables then simply run a search using where clause and by passing the username and password.
