Hi

I'm a Linux systems administrator / Web Developer based in Portugal, Europe.
I've been working on Linux and Open Source software (apache,mysql,php,nagios,....) since 2003 when I started working as a freelancer.
I've done several projects hired directly from the companies, Portuguese and foreign, working on hosting systems and web applications.
Has a freelancer I created a framework for PHP applications customization that allow for very quick deployment of custom web applications like CRM, Human Resource Mng, Billing, eMarketing.
On opensource software I created several web/ecommerce with Joomla Content Mng,and have developed customizatiions to the project and published them. Have alsoused som eth ebest opensource web applications like vTiger eCRM, Orange Human Resource, Coupa Procurement, Magento eCommerce, Drupal CMS.

Also I've done some full time contractor work, onsite with some European IT companies and their customers, DHL IT and Dimension Data, where I got contact with large IT datacenters and tech. Contractor work was always under hard timings andheavy stress, but my perfromance was clean and spotless and I got extensions onall untill project finished.

In the begging of my career, 1999 I work on a Telecom ISP as a Project Manager,and after that on Siemens doing Project Managment also, coupled with commercialactivity untill 2003.

When I'm not on outsourcing assignment's or freelance work, I'm improving and trying out on my own hosting systems with the latest Linux trends, like clustering, pxeboot, diskless servers, virtualization. I'm always available and interested to get into hightech projects, using Linux latest software, clustering, cloud,large server farms or any other demanding software architecture.
