HELP..my internet explorer keeps closing down after a Error.

Hi All,

Can anyone help? - I have Windows XP and my Internet Explorer keeps closing down after the error shown below:

Error Signature
AppName: explorer.exe
AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106
ModName: shell32.dll
ModVer: 6.0.2800.1106
Offset: 00044c31

Does anyone know what this means? Or how I can get sorted out?

You may be able to fix it by doing a repair of Internet Explorer, or by reinstalling it. Control Panel>add\remove programs>Add\Remove Windows Components.
