vista/Itunes/DVD conflict

I am unable to watch dvds but can listen and open cds and burn them. I was told this was an issue with Itunes and vista and changes were needed in the registry? Any ideas or suggestions?

there is no error, the disk spins then ejects

i HAVE iTUNES something like ver 7, but no such bizarre situation.
Have you tried to run using Windows Media Player? Are all codecs fine? (if codec is missing then WMP will say that). If it is missing try KLite Codecs

Hi,
Vista is improved version of windows XP.During installataion we should use 2gb ram and at least 120gb hard disk.
