Looking for web based database programmer

I am the Principal of a small not-for-profit Charter School in Largo Florida.

I would like to develop a system that allows me to log in from my PDA
to enter information that I see in each classroom as I walk around. I have a system setup right now as a survey, and then I take the data file and occasionally input it into an employee Access database I have. The survey site that I've created is available at http://www.pinellasprep.org/principal/-tools/walkthrough.htm
I would like a system that tabulates the information online and allows the staff members to log in and see the information that I've entered about them and a summary of the data from the whole school (but not able to see the data from other employees). And allows me to run various reports about what is happening within the school as well as for individual employees.

I am wondering how much it would cost to develop a system like this if I could hire someone on a contractual basis just to develop the system.

Thanks!

I couldn't vouch for others but I would say anywere from 150USD - 1000USD it vary between programmers and depending on wether you will need designing with that. Also what type of system is that site running off and what engines are available?

I have checked the URL you put in your post, and I think you are putting quite a lot data there. That means you know what you want to get from these entered data. If you have any list of your requirements or any sample tabular format that you want to have for your data then please send it to me so that I can study a bit more and can talk with you about your requirements. If you want to contact with me please mail me here cronydeveloper@gmail.com.
