Dear users i need a project that will be File sharing mirror site like www.qooy.com

With more extra features:

Admin settings:
Admin can edit/delete/add users
admin user searching
admin file links list
admin can / add/ edit/ remove file links and give an excuse why file link was removed.
Admin can add remove mirror servers
admin can add user settings for mirror servers

admin can add /edit/ remove banners
admin can see edit add remove points of users
admin can accept users point recording from user when user click on convert points to cash
Admin makes payment by checque and paypal
admin can add earned points for each downloaded file
like 1000downloaded file = 1 or 3 $
admin can accept advertisers payments and create/remove/ add and add limits like
1000 IMP, =3$
10 CPM, = 5$
5 CPC. examples =7$


User settings:

User registration
user log in
user forgotten password
user can earn points:
-for every downloaded file of that they have uploaded to mirror servers using our site
users can convert the points to cash
for every user that will be registered from their affiliate links thay will earn limited points by admin
users can upload up to 10 files at same time
users can upload up to 100mb each file
users can create profile
users can sale points to other users
" when user clicks on download button a new window with an advertise inside and when user clicks on the ad and the advertise loads the download button to start counting from 10 to 1 and the download link like:
rapidshare or megaupload link to be forwarded"
Users can click on unlimited download buttons

Guests settings
Guests can upload 3 link each time
guest can be able to register
