BluHost... Good Start?

hey, i'm going to be working on a site for a small company and they want to use BluHost.

I'm going to be using pretty much just HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

will this be a good set up for me? or will i be better off telling them to find a host somewhere else?

Yes, I can say the BlueHost is a good shared host (having used one of their branches).
Stay away from goDaddy typically, they are very limited, and have been known to oftentimes mess up domains and websites.
BlueHost is also nice as it allows for PHP+MySQL and CGI scripts so if you wish to add a contact form, database, or CMS later on, you can do that without moving from another server.
