desktop wont load on start up
 

hello everyone

a few days ago my laptop started making this random clicking noises over and over again. Then it be followed by commercials that would play on tv from drinking and driving to air wicks. I did a few spyware and anti virus check and that seemed to fix that problem but i dont see my desktop on startup. its a black screen with a folder opened up. i can how ever run explorer.exe but i wanted to know how i can get it back to the way it used to be. if at all possible.

I see no evidence of an active antivirus program. Do you have one? If so, what is it?

Please download, update, and do a FULL scan with Mbam - http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php then post it's results along with a fresh HJT scan in your next reply.
