AXJ International Project

We are an international civil and political rights organization and are receiving news feeds and complaints from around the world and need to instantly update and mirror our forums around the world in real time. An example is www.axjforo.com mainly in Spanish, English, French, Italian and German.

Can anyone write the code to do this?
