Keyboard error

Please could someone help me my computer comes up with keyboard error or no keyboard present but the keyboard is plugged in and the lights light up when you turn the computer on bt then they turn of. What can I do to get my computer working again? I haven't tried another keyboard and it is plugged in properly

Did you try another keyboard too,is the same problem?

You probably need to replace it them.
