Good idea. But I think the banner image looks plain and there is not much of content, just add some more on it..

Hey there, I had a look:

-> Nice general "less is more" & clean approach. I agree with the earlier comment: the banner is nice, but you want more than nice.

-> I viewed the "10 Questions section" and the text overlaps with your google ads (needs a urgent fix, text cut off!) .

-> Remember the SEO / Internet Marketing / Web Content Cliche: Content is king. The more content you have the better.

-> Lastly, but in my oppinion most importantly: your title tag reads: Conference call. Provide more information (but keep the existing words) eg: Cheap conference call ing for business.) This counts for a lot and its easy and free to change.
