I am selling the domain progs4sale.net It gets nice hits and traffic because of its name..

progs - meaning programs
4 - generic number that is entered into search engines
sale - people are always looking for sales or something to buy.

I am willing to sell it for $15 dollars but if more then 1 person wants to buy it, it will be into a auction.

This is just the domain right?
Can you show some statistics? As I searched through alexa and google you only are listed once in google and couldn't find you in dmoz or alexa web archive. The cache shows you're selling photoshop shiz and dreamweaver shiz for $30/$20 .. (nice price for "secondhand" professional software licenses.
http://www.progs4sale.net has PageRank 0/10.

I don't know how much you paid for the domain, but paying more then the new price isn't really worth investing in.
