I'm a PHP programmer of 2 years now, I can develop a CMS to link with you're forum and also have a database of downloads of many differant types. But, i feel the payment is a big low. $2? Just drop it, i will do this project for one vBulletin (Owned License), as IPB really does suck, too many security holes. I will also do this project for £40.

So? How about it?

EDIT: Oh, and by the way, you're running an illegal version of IBP there, so i hope you was not going to flog that same version.
