I'm a new web designer.
To start my website ,i cant get a free host for my JSP page.

How many hosts have you tried? I would think you should be able to get a free webhost for that. I could be wrong though.

some time ago (1-2 months) I tried to search a free server with those features, but I didn't find one... :_(

for $5.00/month you can get PHP/JSP (tomcat)/MySQL/PostgreSQL/Apache/ASP (chilisoft i believe) hosting, there not the greatest of web hosts, but for that price it's hard to beat. they even support paypal payments.

www.eatj.com is a site ,they provide free mysql and jsp hosting try it.
