cd burner and windows installer
 

Hi, If anyone could help me with this, i'd be so grateful!


Whenever I try to burn a cd, it never works. It gets almost completely done (around 80-99%) and all of a sudden it says there are problems. I think this is because at about this time, the windows installer randomly pops up. It does this all the time, not just when I am making cds. It pops up for like 2 seconds, then disappears. My symantec virus program says i don't have any viruses, and according to ad-aware, there isn't any spyware on my computer. Can anyone help me out? Also, I've tried slowing the speed down, trying different brands of cds, and making sure that no other programs are running. Thanks!

do you disable Norton auto protecrt when you are burning
