DaniWeb IT Discussion Community - Tech input required

Hi,
Please excuse lack of tech-talk here. I'm owner of a monster database with huge traffic. The site is already self-financing, strong ad revenue, etc. My input is huge 20 year Knowledge of industry, not tech. I have a fantastic team that has built the searchable DB and is constructing international E-commerce system. However, they are continually bogged down with major corporate clients (banks, auto, etc).
What I need is some major tech input and ideas to give the site momentum. Basically, someone who can look at the site, understand how it is constructed and enhance it to its max.

A devotion to Rock music is almost certainly a requisite here.

This would be on a straight share option basis to be mutually agreed.
