Editing user profile

I've created a registration and login system. Now I want to make it so the user can change their password, e-mail, name, etc. How would I make it so when they click on the edit profile page that it brings up their information? I know how to do a general update form but not one that is restricted to that users info only.

Sorry, I am just learning CF :)
