Creative webcam doesnt work!!! HELP!!!!!
 

Hello! Im new here and I have a question
I bought a Creative webcam LIVE via USB (of course), I have Windows XP with all new updates and a Yahoo messenger (the newest one).
When I log in to messenger its ok, but when I click start my webcam yahoo messenger stops responding and I cant shut it down, I need to restart the computer!!!
I dont know what is wrong. I have the new drivers for webcam, I use ZoneAlarm and have Norton 2003, but I tried to shut them down and activate webcam but it still doesnt work!!!!
Creative program on my computer is ok and when I start it I can view myself and it works fine but on yahoo doesnt!
I have MSN messenger but they are so very stupid I cant even chat to others without paying for it and I cant find someone to try webcam on MSN.

Can u help me please!!!!!!!??
