windows media player 10 error message
 

when i try to burn music i keep getting an error message (c00d11cd) i have not installed any other music or vidoe exceot the wmp 10 itself from an update , the wmp 9 worked jus fine but when i try to delete wmp 10 and try to install wmp 9 it says that there is a newer version already installed plzzzz help, and also when i clik on to the wmp 10 to install in the options theres only delete no uninstall option. :cry:

I Have Tried Ur Site That U Have Given Me Still No Joy, This Might Make U Understand The Error,(windows Media Player Has Encounted An Unknown Error. This Can Occur When Another Programme Or Operating System Componant Encounters A Problem But Does Not Communicate The Nature Of The Problem To The Player) Then I Go To More Information And It Goes To Error Message (C00D11CD) :-|
