| Expired Installation
I have installed a program Free Trial Program name SPSS in my computer then when the Free Trial has been Expired, I have install my newly bought Licence Version but still my software do not work, Expired message still appears when i try to open the program, can somebody help me with my problem.... Thanks. |

Could be worth uninstalling both copies, should be given the option to keep any related work you have done, but back up the file beforehand. A new installation should sort it out. Obviously the program doesn't overwrite the trial, or the installation directories are in different areas. Have you checked that a new Shortcut to the program has been made. |

Yap i have remove the previous installation of the program and install the new copy afterwards, but still a expiration error still occurs. |
