pegged CPU, possible peper?
 

I read a previous post regarding pegged cpu and other associated problems. I followed that post, and it seems to have resolved the issue, but i just want to make sure it seems to be fixed.

In regard to the two apps you had the poster download and run, the first one seemed to work fine, but the second (same filename as the first, oddly enough) didn't seem to do anything, other than open a DOS window, briefly, then disappear. It didn't create the folder at C:\, so i don't know what i need to do next, to remove the files listed.
