Outlook Express 6 Address book Prob
 

Hello Readers

Here's hoping you can help me as i'm a little :mad: . Fixing my ma's brand new vaio with xp home. I went the usual way to import csv address book into outlook express 6. When i got as far as file-import-other address book-text file csv. Message came up saying 'Error importing to address book'.

The csv file is on the desktop and in properties read only and hidden boxes are unchecked. I am also not using netscape at same time (problem i though occured only with outlook express 4).

Also, when clicking on compose mail, message comes up saying 'There was an error opening this message, an error has occured.'

I can recieve mail, but can't compose thus not being able to send either.

So, im a major stuck and in need of some assistance. Looking foward to any replies.
