Document Management System for your PC or website?

Guys I'm more than familiar with all the CMS out there but I want something more, a document management system. I write documents in word but need a way to organize them online or offline. I then take the content of the documents and put them in my CMS but I need a way to organize all these word files.

Any suggestions?

Take a look in e-grou Free Edition. It is a great software for document management online and it is free.
