outlook 2002 receipt tracking
 

Hi All,
Do any of you know how to switch on the 'tracking tab' in the sent items folder of outlook 2002/xp.

i have read receipts coming back to me but they are not being passed to the origanal message in the sent items folder, this means that when i have removed the receipt from the inbox i have to remember who replyed to me rather that just looking at the tracking tab in sent items folder.

any thourghts?
