Verizon...

:o Hey guys.I'm new. I have a Q about Verizon. My dad has a At &t phone...And I was just wondering if he could change service providers. B/C he had the phone and Cingular and AT&T merged and they just...kinda left him w/o a phone...any help I will be greatful!
