Folder Option Problem

:confused: I am using windows xp sp1
I cannot set Folder option to "start all windows in the same window"
All my windows are opening in new windows
I checked the properties in folder option , But it does not seems to be working
any help ?

Are you pressing 'apply' or 'ok' after selecting it?
