epson printer blinking lights
 

my printer was getting low on black ink ; a blinking light by black ink light.
when the printer ran out of ink , went to store bought more black ink.
I follow the instructions for replacing the black ink.
after i replaced the ink; the ink cartridge which starts out on the right hand side of the printer, now is on the left hand side of the printer.
even after 5 minutes.
I turned the power off then back on.
the black and the color lights remain on
the paper light and power light both are blinking.

can someone please help me with problem thanks
