Distributed Database

Hi
I m working on my final project of distributed database. It is a sale & purchase system of a group of industries.
There are two factories of Oil and Vegetable Ghee(Banaspati).
One is Head Office. I need just ERD of inventory control system OR sales and purchase system. Who will help me and send me ERD.
