bluescreen....???

hi sir/maam, i am new member here from philippines 19yrs old male...

sorry to interrupt...but i am confuse about the bluescreen they called...and i've encounter that many times...when im booting the pc and the first thing to came up is the bluescreen what is that...?is there a problem in hardware or software...?

please tell me...thanks you sir/maam i appreciate your help...regards to all!!!

You'll have to be more specific about problem.

Are you using Windows xp or ..?

What did the message in the blue screen say?
