REcovering from installing Cobra Digital DC 125 software
 

I am running Windows 98 SE on a 533i emachine. I installed the software for a Cobra Digital DC 125 computer. I downloaded the pictures, removed the camera and shutdown the computer. The next time I rebooted the computer I got the BSOD. I did the clean boot and selective startup and narrowed the problem down to programs acessing the internet. After many page fault and 00 exception errors I ran System Information and Signature Verification from the tools menu. I found the YPCLSP.DLL was corrupct. Among other things this DLL is used by SBC Parental controls. I deleted SBC YAHOO browser and the Protection Suit. Then the web browser started to work. I was able to download the SBC files and everything was bback to working order except the whole day was shot. I hope this helps someone.
