Sony Monitors

Hi there, has any one come across this problem, on a Sony monitor model cpd-210esta (210es). Once you switch it on the led turnes green for about 3 seconds then turns orange and its starts to flicker, there is no static from the flyback, I´ve checked the hole board and I don´t find any problems with the board all the transistors,diods,caps and resitors or fine. Is there any thing that I´m missing?
Help will be appreciated.

This situation is no boot here the o/s is not able load to your computer try reseating the Data cable and do a self test on monitor to check about the working of monitor
