Dreamweaver background image refresh
 

Hi!
I am creating my site in Dreamweaver and want the background image to refresh and be different each time the user enters it does anyone know how to program this or know of any good tutorials?
Also I want to have a flash animation that is different depending on what time of day it is. For example, if its before midday the animation wil say 'good morning'.

In JavaScript, images in array and random number generator. Generate number between zero and maximum size of array. Then call position and ask the image to be displayed.

Flash, again JavaScript to get time of server or user pc, but would prefer user time. Then check time intervals to display appropriate animation.
