The site isn't all that bad actually.

The color, well that's depends on your preference, I wouldn't use yellow or light brown.

The navigation is somewhat peculiar. I like the fact you can click on their faces to check out their bio. But why are they upside-down.

Your site would look a hundred times better if you changed the "so-out-of-date" times new roman font, to something more contemporay-
such as verdana or even arial.

Nice job!! Easy to nav, funky font, cool tone and choice of words.
