I was always taught that there is no such thing is a free lunch. What's the catch? No banners, no ads, no cost? I don't get it? I'd feel safer paying a few bucks knowing I had a reliable server.

Hi, I wish I could keep this message private (so as not to make your hosting company seem incompetent) but your account here will not allow me to send you a private message.

Your server has been down for the past few days, and as of the time of this post, the link to your site isn't working. I just wanted to make sure you're aware of it, as it is highly unusual to see your server down for days at a time.

I just want you to know I have loved your services; it has really helped me out a lot. I've been using your free database and FTP services for 4 months now, and other than one or two interuptions, your service is great!
