We want to create as simple webcamstudio where persons can record content. It should be based on flas media server, PHP, Mysql

There should be some type of authentication (check a database if a username password is valid) When a person is ok, the person gets a recorder in front of him where he sees the feed of the webcam. There are two buttons. Record and stop. When one pusses record we see a count down of 3 seconds. After that the recording starts. until the user stops the recording. When the recording is stopped the user can use play to see the file, save, or delete. The user should be able to give in how many miliseconds the user want to skip at the end.
When it chooses to save the file a form appears where one can give in some data (including filename etc) when the user saves the file. The flv-file (excluding the part skipped at the end) is saved into a directory. The meta data is saved into a database.
